What we store

We store your account email and name, business details, uploaded photos, briefs, drafts, generated videos, usage records, and publishing or advertising approvals. Connected-account identifiers and provider status records help us send work to the destinations you approve.

How the service works

Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, account authentication, database storage, and private media storage. Video generation sends the relevant brief and photos to our configured AI provider, and narration text to ElevenLabs. Social connection and delivery use Upload-Post and Zernio, which hold the relevant platform connections. Publishing a video or enabling an ad sends the approved creative and campaign details to the selected provider and platform.

Access and retention

The studio checks account access and business membership before returning workspace data. Uploaded media is held in private storage; temporary links allow playback and downloads. We retain workspace data to provide the service, maintain approval history, and diagnose failures. Backups and provider records may remain after a deletion request while they are removed or expire under the applicable service’s policies.

Your choices

You can update your business details and download workspace records from Your business. Contact contact@scender.ai from your account email to request account or data deletion, or to ask about your information. We’ll confirm the request and its scope before removing business data or connections.

Cookies and device storage

Scender uses a secure session cookie for sign-in and device storage for your studio drafts and active video. Drafts also sync to your account when connected. The initial studio does not include advertising trackers.
